Returns Policy
Black Friday & Promotional Sale Returns
• Refunds are not available for Black Friday purchases
• Eligible Black Friday items can be returned for exchange (provided your size is available) or store credit only.
• Store credits issued for Black Friday purchases have no expiry.
• All standard return conditions still apply — items must be unworn, unwashed, have the security tag attached, and be returned within 14 days

Our Promise
We offer three return options so you can choose what works best for you:
1. EXCHANGES
Need a different size or style? No problem. We offer free exchanges — no restocking fee.
2. STORE CREDIT
Changed your mind? We’ll issue you a store credit with no expiry and no restocking fee.
3. REFUNDS
Prefer a refund? We charge a $15 restocking fee, which covers processing, inspecting, and restocking your item. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Your refund will be issued once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Important Things to Know
- All items (including sale items) are eligible for return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The original security tag must be attached. No tag = no return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number.
