What sizes do you stock?
Most of our styles range from XS to L, depending on the piece. You’ll find a size guide on every product page. If you’re in between sizes or unsure, drop us an email at info@styledcollective.com.au — we’re happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Styled Collective ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. All international orders come with tracking.

How long does shipping take within Australia?   We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. After that, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way. (Available for Hot ticket Items only) 

Can I return or exchange my item?                         Yes, we offer store credit or exchanges for eligible returns. The item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Not marked as final sale

To start a return please email us at info@styledcollective.com.au with your order number.

How do I track my order?                                         Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Can’t find it? Check your junk folder or contact us at info@styledcollective.com.au and we’ll resend it.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?             All items are triple checked before dispatch, and we take time-stamped photos of every order to ensure quality.

However, in the rare case that your item arrives damaged, please email info@styledcollective.com.au within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve it quickly (in form of a refund or exchange, which ever suits you best) 

I haven’t received my order — who do I contact?   If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, first check your tracking link. If you still need help, email us at info@styledcollective.com.au — we’ve got you.

What if my size is sold out?
If your size is unavailable, email us at info@styledcollective.com.au — we’ll do our best to source it for you or let you know if a restock is on the way.

Are you dropshippers? 
Absolutely not. All Styled Collective items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia. What you see is what we have, ready to go.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, please choose the one that works best for you.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some styles are limited runs and won’t be restocked, others we bring back based on demand. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or follow us on Instagram for updates.

How do your pieces fit?
