Refunds & Returns Policy
At Styled Collective, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a piece doesn’t work out, and we aim to provide fair and transparent return options while operating sustainably as a small Australian business.
Return Options

Store Credit
We offer complimentary return shipping for store credit returns within 14 days of delivery.
Store credit has no expiry and no restocking fee.

Refund
Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• A $15 restocking fee applies to cover processing, inspection, and restocking. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 3 business days for funds to appear in your original payment method.
Exchanges & Store Credit Limit
Each order is eligible for one return only, which may be used for either:
- a size exchange, or
- store credit
Once a size exchange or store credit has been issued, the order is considered final and is not eligible for any further returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Final Sale Items
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or store credit for change-of-mind reasons, including incorrect size, fit, colour, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.
• This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The original security tag must remain attached.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• A valid tracking number must be provided.
• Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• Styled Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
How to Start a Return
Email info@styledcollective.com.au with your order number and request. If eligible for store credit, we will provide a prepaid return label. Refund returns must be sent at the customer’s expense.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Rejected Returns
Items that do not meet the conditions above will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
