At Styled Collective, your satisfaction is everything to us. We get that sometimes a piece just doesn’t work out — and we’re here to help make it right.
Our Promise
We offer three return options so you can choose what works best for you:
1. EXCHANGES
Need a different size or style? No problem. We offer free exchanges — no restocking fee.
2. STORE CREDIT
Changed your mind? We’ll issue you a store credit with no expiry and no restocking fee.
3. REFUNDS
Prefer a refund? We charge a $15 restocking fee, which covers processing, inspecting, and restocking your item. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Your refund will be issued once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Important Things to Know
- All items (including sale items) are eligible for return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The original security tag must be attached. No tag = no return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number.
Styled Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. - Your original shipping fee is non refundable
- Items returned are at the customers expense.

Faulty or Damaged Item?
We take quality seriously. Every item is thoroughly inspected and photographed (with timestamps) before dispatch.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@styledcollective.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund — in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Final Notes
- Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
- Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender. (At your expense)
